Salvaging my Skill Build

Okay, I had a few questions about salvaging my 1432 dragon. He's at LV 42/ TM LV 36
Before I realized how worthless Mana Ring was, I had already put 5 levels into it, and two points into Mana Storm. My current skills are:

On-Off
Mastered Mana Arrow
Cure LV 10
Mana Ring LV 5 ( ): )
Mana Storm LV 2

Passive
Invincible Casting

With 66+11 MA and 9+5 LK, am I in bad shape? I've been using most of my points in MA, with a few in LK and DP.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

(Also, side question. What do the Arcana Smart Cards from the Card Girl do?)
