I'll bother giving my reasons here:
1) A leader that actually looks inactive (is not on a lot, doesn't level much, doesn't do much, etc.) makes the guild itself look inactive.
2) You said it yourself. You're busy with school.
3) ..Wait.. No. MAKE THIS 2a)
2A) Passing the guild to someone who ISN'T busy will put less stress on YOU to be active, and make the guild seem more active. It will also make members feel more comfortable with the guild's leading group.
...Shoot, that fits in with #1, too.
FORGET THE NUMBERING.
But those are the reasons.
